Quiet Glide Warranty 

Quiet Glide warrants to the original purchaser that Quiet Glide Rolling Ladder Hardware, excluding wood products, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, subject to normal wear and proper use.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies provided the product:

• Was not damaged during installation.

• Has been operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, instructions and technical support guidance.

• Has not been damaged or altered through tampering, accident, disaster, abuse, misuse, modification or unauthorised repair.

• Has not been repaired, modified or replaced by anyone other than the manufacturer or an approved third-party contractor.

Third-party products or other system components used with or interacting with Quiet Glide products are not covered by this warranty.

Warranty Claims

Quiet Glide and its affiliated companies, including resellers and installers, limit their liability under this warranty to the repair or replacement of the portion of the product found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

Additional Terms

Except as expressly stated above, Quiet Glide AU makes no other express or implied warranties in relation to the products, parts, technical assistance or labour provided, including warranties relating to merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for a particular purpose or use.
