WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO ADD A ROLLING LADDER FEATURE TO YOUR HOME?
We have very tall ceilings with NO built-in joinery which meant no storage. Being a very old cottage there are many windows and doors in each room taking up wall space so a floor to ceiling wardrobe was the perfect solution. This meant we needed a ladder to reach the top cupboards. WHEN YOU WERE RESEARCHING ONLINE, WAS THERE SOMETHING IN PARTICULAR THAT DREW YOUR EYE TO RHP'S PRODUCTS? The quality looked outstanding. HOW DID YOU/YOUR BUILDERS FIND THE INSTALLATION OF THE RHP HARDWARE? Our team are cabinet makers, so they are all very well versed in putting items together. IN REGARDS TO THE QUOTING/PURCHASING OF THE RHP ITEMS - DID YOU FIND THIS WAS EASY TO NAVIGATE? I had contact with Keri and from the beginning to end there was not a question that was to much trouble to answer. My experience was fantastic, and we went back to buy another ladder for an adjoining room. This is yet to be installed. ANY TIPS OR TRICKS YOU CAN RECOMMEND TO OTHERS WANTING TO COMPLETE A SIMILAR PROJECT? Ensure your measurements are correct. Measure three times and cut once. Plan! Plan! Plan! FINALLY, ANY OTHER FEEDBACK AND OR THOUGHTS ON YOUR OVERALL EXPERINCE WITH RHP AND THEIR PRODUCTS? We find Ram hardware to be of great quality with reasonable pricing. The service is outstanding which is very hard to find these days. Side note: Samantha had the Red Oak ladder stained with British Paints, Timber Protect, One Coat Stain - Black. They did not put a clear coat over the top.
