​WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO ADD A ROLLING LADDER FEATURE TO YOUR HOME?
I have always loved that country homestead style - using built ins as a design element and even better to be able to utilise high space for storage.
WHAT DO YOU FIND IS THE MOST USEFUL FUNCTION OF THE LADDER?
The rolling function is excellent, however, the best feature is by far the fact it can be lifted out or stored upright, meaning it takes up no space in the walking ally in front of the cabinet.
HOW DID YOU FIND THE INSTALLATION OF THE RHP HARDWARE? WAS THE INSTALLATION GUIDE HELPFUL?
We had our cabinet maker whip up a ladder with recycled timber we had on hand. He also installed the hardware. I think his words were -
​“it’s quite awesome”. He enjoyed the project.
ANY TIPS OR TRICKS YOU WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS, WHO ARE WANTING TO COMPLETE A SIMILAR PROJECT?
I think spending a bit more on better hardware was a good idea. It’s so smooth running and very sturdy.
LASTLY, DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER FEEDBACK AND OR THOUGHTS ABOUT YOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH RHP AND OUR PRODUCTS?
Keri was super helpful - we have been doing a huge renovation for almost 4-years and Keri was by far the best communicator of every subcontractor and supplier we dealt with. It was a pleasure dealing with RHP.
